AIRSPEED CAMP EVENING TUNNEL TIME

The basic camp includes twelve daytime  training sessions.  These are structured to cover a fixed amount of material.  It is a lot of material.   We do not expect for you to fully master each skill or each move during the daytime sessions.  Rather, it is our goal to show you what each skill looks and feels like.  Once we see that you have "got it" we will move you along the curriculum to the next skill.

In addition to the daytime sessions (which are part of the $1100 basic camp), many campers also choose to buy additional time in the evenings.  This is not required and it has not been included in the basic cost structure.  You book it through us and pay for it at your camp.  In the past, about 90% of all students end up purchasing at least some extra time.

The rates for this time are as follows:

• Without an Airspeed Coach:  $150 per quarter hour in Orlando and $200 per quarter hour in Perris
• With an Airspeed Coach: $175 per quarter hour in Orlando and $235 per quarter hour in Perris.

Please be advised that this rates are for campers (and their family members) only.

If you select time with a coach, it will be structured as follows:  There will be four students in the tunnel and two Airspeed instructors.  We will put the groups together.  All four will go into the tunnel for one hour.  Each student will be charged for and each will fly exactly 1/4 hour.  Unless you request otherwise, you will fly one-on-one with an Airspeed coach at all times.

The evening tunnel time is a lot less structured and more student-directed than the standard camp sessions.  You will meet your coach at the tunnel 15 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time and tell him what skill you want to practice.  The coach will provide the drill.  There is much less prep and minimal debrief.   This is your chance to put a ton of reps on what you learned earlier that day.

You do not need to email me your requests for additional time.  We will schedule that time onsite each morning.  We will collect for the time at the end of your camp.  We accept cash, checks or credit cards for this.
